Payment and Refund Policy

Policy Statement: Boat Coach will offer a fair system of payment and refund for all students and clients that is in line with national standards. This policy applies to all students and clients who agree to the payment terms of Boat Coach outlined in the policy

  1. Payments must be paid in full unless agreed otherwise
  2.  Course fees and payment plan may be negotiated with the director prior to enrolment.
  3. On-site course fees include: course fees, administration fees, unlimited phone and email support from trainer.
  4. Tutoring or additional training and assessment services provided will be invoiced at set price according to the type of training required.
  5. Boat Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule scheduled workshops if less 2 students are enrolled or poor weather conditions impact on safety
  6. Boat Coach will reschedule training if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
  7. If Boat Coach decided to cancel a course, Boat Coach will reimburse client or reschedule depending on what the client decides
  8. Students must cancel/reschedule with at least 7 day’s notice of the scheduled date. $150 cancellation fee will occur
  9. If student cancels/reschedules with less than 7 day’s notice, student will only be reimbursed 75% of total fee due to administration fees
  10. Failure to complete online theory prior to schedule appointment, will incur a $150 re-booking fee per person
  11. Gift Cards are non refundable
  12. Re-Assessment Fee $150 for theory
  13. Re Assessment Fee $150 for Practical
  14. If students cancels within 24hrs fees are forfeited to Boat Coach
